What isn’t Zogoflex®?
- Zogoflex® does not contain, nor does any of its components contain any known sources of lead, cadmium, mercury, latex, natural rubber, phthalates, hormones, Bisphenol A, or asbestos.
How does the Guarantee Work?

While no dog toy can claim to be indestructible, we’re so confident in the durability of our Zogoflex dog toys we guarantee them!
If you do have a dog with a great pair of chompers and he was able to damage our Zogoflex® dog toy, (you have one amazingly powerful chewer as the return rate is less than 1%) You may choose to receive a free one-time replacement or refund - your choice! Just follow these simple steps:
- Send us a quick note to let us know the breed and age of your dog, and how long it took your furry friend to damage the toy. (This is optional, but we love the feedback).
- Let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.
- Include the damaged toy and proof of purchase. Not only do we inspect the returned toys for weaknesses, but we also recycle them!
- Be sure to include your contact information so we know where to mail the new toy or refund.

How many times can I return a Zogoflex® dog toy for a free replacement?
Just one time per toy style. If your dog has some seriously strong chompers and was actually able to damage our Zogoflex® dog toy, you are eligible to receive our one-time free replacement or refund.
